Our modern gym facility has everything you need for a full body workout, from treadmills, rowing machines and exercise bikes to free weights.​

We can provide you with a personalised programme or offer personal training sessions to help you achieve the healthier lifestyle you deserve.

We also have fitness sessions running throughout the day. Why not join us for a Yoga or Pilates session or maybe Boot Camp is more your thing. Check out our timetable below.
