Hi, I'm Michelle
I am a qualified Physiotherapist with over 8 years experience, a Level 3 Pilates instructor and also trained in Pre and Post Natal Pilates. I am running Physiotherapy Led Pilates classes, Pregnancy Pilates and Post-Natal Pilates classes at The Lodge. I also offer 1:2:1 Pilates sessions to work towards specific goals or to rehabilitate injuries.​
Pregnancy Pilates Classes

Focus on pelvic floor, managing your changing posture, relieving tightness and maintaining muscle strength

Classes end with breath work and relaxation techniques to help you feel prepared for labour
Post-Natal Pilates Classes

Suitable from 6 weeks post-partum

Babies welcome in class

Classes focus on rebuilding your core, pelvic floor and strength. Also stretching those muscles that become tight post-partum from the demands of being a mummy

A friendly sociable class perfect for meeting other Mums
1:2:1 Pilates
(£60 for initial appointment, £50 for further appointments – 60 minute sessions)

Suitable if you're new to Pilates and would like 1:2:1 sessions to start your Pilates journey

Creates an individualised programme to support a specific injury or to work towards a specific goal
Physio-Led Pilates Classes

Run by a qualified Physiotherapist to provide feedback throughout and to adapt for specific injuries

These classes are perfect to run alongside any rehab plans you may be following, for general aches and pains, strengthening or wellbeing
